A word from the team
As the Velutan team, we initially formed as a group of students from Gaziantep affected by scarce and highly monetised AP/IB resources.
Our goal with this project is to help our peers have access to sustainable, affordable, and reliable education programs.
We believe a student's results should reflect their effort and curiosity. Therefore, nobody's success should be blocked by a paywall or a monthly subscription plan. With Velutan, we provide custom, step-by-step question solutions and topic explanations.
Every solution here is recorded by a human who earned their score in that course, is reviewed by our team for accuracy before it goes live, and stays free forever.

The AI & energy challenge
Generative tutors answer instantly, but every answer is freshly computed in a data centre. A human explanation is recorded once and streamed thousands of times, so the cost per student keeps falling instead of repeating. Figures below are published per-inference estimates for comparable models and typical video streaming energy. They are indicative, not measured in our own lab.
